Be Active Live Better ONLINE CLASSES
Due to COVID-19, our studio classes are temporarily shut down and we have moved to online streaming workouts. Our online schedule will change monthly and classes will be uploaded in a new schedule. All our online classes will be taught LIVE through a private Facebook group.
Weights & HITT
Weights & HITT is a full body strength and cardiovascular program. Each week we will focus on strengthening large and small muscle groups as well as work on building and maintaining core stability.
Tabata is a high intensity workout that uses a short duration of exercise and rest and multiplies it to increase results. The workouts are 20 sec of work with10 sec rest and is usually repeated 8x per exercise....
Bootcamp is a unique set of 3 class-circuits, tabata, and weights & HIT-that will challenge you every week and push your limits of comfort. All classes use different exercises and a variety of equipment that will encourage you to try your best at every class! All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Tie your laces, grab some water and come on out!
BABY & ME/ACTIVE STROLLER
Active Stroller focuses on exercises that are designed to help you improve your endurance and strength while restoring your body back to your pre-pregnancy state.
ACTIVE CYCLE SERIES
These classes will test both your cardio and strength endurance! Active Cycle Series gives you the opportunity to ride indoors while being challenged to your potential.
This program consists of three different classes:

Each class will offer different challenges and test your ability to ride through the burn while having a lot of fun!!!
You will get to learn proper technique, build your endurance and build strength. It will test your strength and leave you feeling strong and full of POWER!! If you want to try something different and get amazing results, this class is a MUST!
This class is designed to increase your flexibility and build a strong core. You will leave feeling relaxed and lengthened!
YOUTH CONDITIONING SERIES
Youth Conditiong series is a set of classes designed to get multiple ages of youth moving! We have classes for athletic conditioning as well as for overall fitness. Each class is designed with age appropriate exercises and drills and are full of fun.
Skills & Drills (sport oriented)
This class will focus on agility, speed and coordination required for sports such as soccer, hockey, and basketball. We will implement new exercises each week and build on increasing strength and power.
This class will focus on building overall fitness for basic skill development. New exercises will be taught each week in a non competitive, fun environment.
DRUMS & Abs
You ever feel like you just want to play on a set of drums??
Well this class let's you do exactly that! Except we use stability balls!!
A fun class that will get your heart pumping and your voice singing!!
No musicality required!!
This class is designed for the active adult who still wants to continue their fitness journey in a safe enviornment.

Be Active Live Better Classes Make up Rule:
Each session you are given one make up class per month. Each make up will need to be approved and conditional upon class numbers.
