She tries to include her kids in everything she does and teach them to live an active life and the importance of nutrition. Her home life is chaotic, busy, and full of laughs but wouldn’t change it for the world!

Our programs take in consideration fitness level, age, and stage of life. Over the years of training many people from post partum to empty nesters, to retired athletes, Michelle has learned what works and what doesn't! Our programs incorporate all muscle groups through strength training, cardio, and core workouts to sculpt any body and put you in the best shape of your life. If you are ready to commit to your health and make a positive change in your life, these programs are for you. Each workout is unique and you will never plateau. You will get variety and a lot of fun making fitness enjoyable and more likely for you to stay consistent. If you put the work in you will get results! Guaranteed!
TABATA
Tabata classes are an effective way to work your whole body, including your heart. The concept is working in intervals of 20 sec of work and 10 sec rest making this workout quick, fun, and effective. If you are looking to get into great endurance shape and are limited to equipment, this type of class is for you!
STRENGTH TRAINING & HIIT
Our strength classes are a blend of traditional strength training paired with high intensity interval training to give you the best of both worlds and a good full body burn! These classes use everything from free weights, loop bands, stability balls and sliders to work each muscle effectively and to never plateau. All classes provide modifications for no equipment and fitness level so you never feel like you can’t do it! These classes are great to build lean muscle and sculpt your body!
CARDIO BLAST
This class is a great alternative to floor aerobics and is great for anyone that has lower body injuries or needs less impact. This class uses drills that are adapted to bike and treadmill as well as incorporate a floor component for those that do not have a cardio modality. You will work on your endurance and get a good burn!
FULL BODY STRETCH
This class offers a fusion between yoga flow and deep tissue stretching using a range of accessories. You will feel your muscles lengthen and be pulled to a good stretch and also work your core too! A stretch day is a vital part of any fitness program as it restores muscles and gives them the much needed stretch and relaxation.
STEP & WEIGHTS
If you love step or have never tried it-this class is for you! This class uses the box step to give a high energy workout that uses familiar step moves paired with athleticism! You do not need to have rhythm or be a stepper to follow along. Weights are used to increase intensity and give you the best of both step and weights. Definitely a heart pumper!
