STRENGTH & CoRE
Strength & Core is a full body strength and core program. Each week we will focus on strengthening large and small muscle groups as well as work on building and maintaining core stability. Strength exercises are important to aide with weight management, aging bones, and overall wellness. They are a vital part of any fitness program and should be included into any healthy lifestyle. If you want to FEEL stronger and have more energy, then you should try this class!
