Thursdays 7:00pm (Strength & Core)

Saturdays 7:00am (Tabata)

 

Bootcamps will take place at 3 rotating parks

Jaycee Gardens Park, Johnson Park and Powerglen Park.

*no class June 27th (Grapes of Wrath)

ACTIVE RUN GROUP

New 6 week session starting June 2015

June 1-July 11

Mondays 6pm

Wednesdays 5:30am

 

Runs will take place weekly at 3 rotating locations.

Jaycee Gardens Park, Port Dalhousie, and Malcolm Eco Park

Run (km) will progress weekly and all levels are welcome. The goal of this program is to gain proper technique, fall in love with running, and increase continuous running!

*no class July 1st (Canada Day)

 

 

ACTIVE STROLLER

New 6 week session starting June 2015

June 1-July 11

Mondays 9:30am

Wednesdays 9:30am

This class will meet at Jaycee Gardens Park and take a beautiful stroll through to Port Dalhousie.

All fitness levels welcome

Babies must be old enough to sit in carseat/stroller (around 6 weeks).
