RUN GROUP

 

This program is designed to introduce you to running and learn proper technique while getting active and having fun! Each run will end with core strength exercises and stretching. If you are apprehensive about running or need some encouragement and motivation, this program is for you! Total kilometers covered during the 8 week program is 5 to 8km.

Run (km) will progress weekly and all levels are welcome. The goal of this program is to gain proper technique, fall in love with running, and increase continuous running!
