Be Active Live Better is committed to helping others lead a healthy and active lifestyle. In home or studio training packages will allow you to achieve success and be motivated while doing it! One on one  and group training are available at an affordable rate.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Individual and personalized programs designed to meet YOUR needs


$65-75 per hour session (customized package pricing available at initial consultation)

Mobile training also available-will provide equipment if needed

*extra fees will be applied

 

PROS

-work with an experienced and qualified trainer so you can achieve healthy results
-no distractions and can be trained in the comfort of your own home or personal studio

GROUP TRAINING

Group training includes focused training on group and individual needs; equipment will be provided

Groups of 4-6

$45 per person for one hour session

*must have similar goals

 

PROS

-group programs that focus on general group needs
-companionship of a friend/family to share in the journey
-external motivation and support to meet group goals together
-work with an experienced and qualified fitness coach and trainer
