MARCH BREAK KID ACTIVITIES
This program will focus on technical soccer drills that will include dribbling, ball control, posession. We will also incorporate agility, coordination, and speed drills while having fun! No equipment necessary.
This program will focus on fitness circuits. We will use equipment to make fun circuits and incorporate cardiovascular, strength, and flexibilty exercises that are age appropriate.
This program will focus on movement games and working together as a team. We will host a variety of fitness games that make exercise fun and keep the body moving!
