GROUP TRAINING CLASS

In a small class of six, we will focus on setting specific goals for the 8 week duration and monitor through bi weekly weigh ins and nutritional analysis.

If you want to take your workouts to the next level, this training class is perfect for you.

The Group Training experience includes:

-Personal Training with 2 trainers twice a week

-Specific Group goal setting and attainment

-Nutritional Anaylsis

-Bi Weekly weigh ins

-Enrollment into one other class on the schedule weekly

-Access to weekly workouts and results after the session is complete

 

Group Goals:

-Build strength for the first 4 weeks using specifc exercises and strength conditioning workouts guided by trainers

-Increasing muscluar endurance and conditioning the following 4 weeks through high performance exercises and workouts

-Gain an understanding of how weights can increase your ability to burn fat and lose inches

-Build confidence in your ability to lift heavier weights

 

 Be Active Live Better Classes Make up Rule:

 

Each session you are given one make up class per month. Each make up will need to be approved and conditional upon class numbers.
