Be Active Live Better offers classes for all ages, fitness levels, and stages of life. Whether you are up for a challenge, started a new chapter in your life, or conscious about aging bones, you can find a class that suits your needs.
Bootcamp is a unique class that will challenge you every week and push your limits of comfort. All classes use different exercises and a variety of equipment that will encourage you to try your best at every class! All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Tie your laces, grab some water and come on out!
STRENGTH & CORE
This program is designed to introduce you to strength training while focusing on technique and full body movements. Each class will focus on all muscle groups with special attention to core exercises. You will gain strength, lengthen your muscles and develop great confidence.
BABY & ME
Baby & Me focuses on exercises that are designed to help you improve your endurance and strength while restoring your body back to your pre-pregnancy state. Most exercises involve your baby and it is a great chance to meet others while having fun too! This program encourages active participation between parent and child and promotes a healthy lifestyle. (6 weeks-18 months)
Zumba is a latin inspired dance class that makes exercising fun! You will learn basic moves, new dances, and have fun doing it. Each week we will build on our music repetoire and increase our aerobic stamina.
Do you love to step? Do you like the intenisty of an athletic conditioning class? This class fuses step and athletic conditioning to offer an intense, yet fun class full of powerful and fun step moves. If you want a challenge and have a love for the step-this class is for you. You will be sweating within minutes and be sore for days!
