Our athletic conditioning is comprised of team training and individual athlete training. Both focus on building a strong foundation for young athletes and working to develop their natural strengths.
Team training is a great way to build team cohesion while working on endurance, speed, and strength. Michelle has an extensive background in personal training and playing competitive sport and has her youth athletic conditioning specialist certification. She has a strong passion for working with youth and ensuring proper technique and growth in their ability.
This can be done in studio or on location, such as, soccer fields and hockey rinks. Michelle will work with coaches to develop a training protocol that fits the needs of the team and is age appropriate.
Individual athlete training is geared toward youth who want to work on specific skills or strength for their sport. Usually the age that this service can be beneficial is between 12-15yrs.
