KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a high intensity class that incorporates kickboxing drills paired with athletic conditioning. You will learn correct technique as well as work both individually and with a partner. It will test your strength and leave you feeling strong and full of POWER!! If you want to try something different and get amazing results, this class is a MUST!

 Be Active Live Better Classes Make up Rule:

 

Each session you are given one make up class per month. Each make up will need to be approved and conditional upon class numbers.
